POLÍCIA CIVIL PRENDE HOMEM EM FLAGRANTE POR DESCUMPRIR MEDIDA PROTETIVA EM CAPIM GROSSO
A Polícia Civil da Bahia prendeu em flagrante um homem identificado pelas iniciais A.R.S., suspeito de descumprir medida protetiva de urgência, no município de Capim Grosso, no norte do estado. A ação foi realizada por equipes da Delegacia Territorial de Mairi, vinculada à 16ª Coordenadoria Regional de Polícia do Interior (Coorpin/Jacobina).
De acordo com a polícia, a prisão ocorreu após monitoramento, quando o investigado foi flagrado se aproximando do local de trabalho da vítima, desrespeitando determinação judicial que o impedia de manter contato ou proximidade. A conduta se enquadra no crime previsto no artigo 24-A da Lei Maria da Penha, que trata do descumprimento de medidas protetivas.
Após ser autuado, o suspeito foi encaminhado para exame de corpo de delito e permanece à disposição da Justiça. A Polícia Civil destacou que o cumprimento rigoroso das decisões judiciais é fundamental para garantir a proteção das vítimas e reforçar a segurança, especialmente em casos de violência doméstica e familiar.
